It's sad to think that hundreds of visitors to National parks never leave their vehicles. Because not far off the beaten path you can follow the footsteps of Ansel Adams and make a connection with some of the most beautiful places on this planet. Big Spaces features Merle's compelling landscapes, chronicling his journey to some of North America's most favoured parks and ecosystems.
The seasonal splendour of the South Okanagan draws naturalists and viticulture enthusiasts worldwide to the region. Distinguished by it's unique geographical features, it is home to diverse eco-systems and four distinct seasons; each captivating and bountiful in its own way. Explore this extraordinary region with artist, Merle Somerville and learn why it's been nicknamed the "Valley of Heaven".
